Implementasi AI-Based Social Empowerment untuk Meningkatkan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga Pasca Pandemi

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on household economic resilience, particularly among low-income communities and microenterprise actors. This community service program aims to strengthen post-pandemic household economic resilience through the implementation of an AI-Based Social Empowerment model that integrates social empowerment, digital literacy, and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in family business management. The program was implemented using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which included mapping households’ socio-economic conditions, digital entrepreneurship training, mentoring in the use of AI applications for business planning and marketing, and program impact evaluation. The results indicate improvements in households’ capacity to manage data-driven businesses, optimization of economic decision-making, and a gradual increase in household income. In addition, the program enhanced self-confidence, economic independence, and social resilience among families in coping with economic uncertainty. The implementation of the AI-Based Social Empowerment model has proven effective as a post-pandemic household economic recovery strategy and has strong potential to be replicated as a technology-driven and socially inclusive community empowerment model.
